Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Saida III #402 overlooks its' splendid, beach front playground and welcomes you to retreat in a soothing pallet of light, coastal colors. Comfortably furnished and tastefully accessorized surroundings open to scenic Gulf views while a broad balcony beckons you outside to enjoy fresh ocean breezes. Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living areas. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed completing accommodations for four. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this functional, cozy beach retreat.

The condo was in a great location beautiful views! This was not recently remodeled though. Could definitely use an update especially in furniture they were musty smelling. The sofa couch was decades old. We did enjoy our time though and even with all that we would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Week in SPI

Had a great week of Thanksgiving Break in South Padre. The condo we stayed in was well equipped in most area however there were a few things that were lacking I.e., no broom to clean up any sand that made it in the condo, not enough trash bags for a weeks’ stay. If the pool area doesn’t supply beach towels poolside it would be really nice if they were supplied by the rental company.

South Padre Island getaway

Good communication with renters. Unit was clean and well equipped, good wifi/cable, perfect location, great access to pools and beach. Would definitely rent again. Only recommendation would be to change bedspreads for something new. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Amazing place to stay in SPI

This is the room to stay in at this complex, everything was labelled in the kitchen, the place was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The guarded entrance made you feel safe on the property. Our next trip to SPI will hopefully include another stay in this suite

Check in nightmare!

We arrived after a 6 hours drive and was happy to learn via text that the key would be under the mat at the front door! We unloaded our entire car only to not have a key under a mat. Called management who said someone would come with the key in 10 minutes. Never happened! We reloaded the car and drove to the management leasing office. Moral of the story…. Check for the key before you unload your car. We loved our time at the beach…condo was okay. Could use some decent balcony furniture and table and new toilet in the master bathroom. Planning on going every year but won’t be staying there again

Sometimes pictures and you tube can be deceiving.

well first of all it was not cleaned well for the price. I did get the refund for the cleaning but after many text to get the cleaning personnel to come and take care of a filthy bathroom. The room had a beautiful view and the furniture was very comfortable. It does not sleep 6 unless you have 3 in each bed or bring sheets for the sofa. The bed were very uncomfortable and the sheets were sooooo old that the had pilling issues. Uncomfortable to sleep on. Lastly since it was a key to get in, you need to return the keys to SPI which is not on the property but 1.5 miles away.

Great Getaway

It was great! Our only problem was there was no linens for the pull out couch but a quick run to Walmart fixed that! It was a beautiful condo and you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view! Will definitely stay there again! Love love loved this condo!

August 2020 Review

Check-in process was easy. The complex is gated, which is really nice. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The complex can be loud since voices and music echo between the builds, but inside the condo you really can't hear much from the pool side. Beach access was easy enough!
