This location is a WINNER! You & your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. No car needed as you will be within walking distance of some great restaurants like The Meatball Cafe, Pizzeria Express by Gabriella’s, The COCO Beach Cafe to name a few.
A quick 1 minute walk to beach access, or walk 4 minutes to the Entertainment District where there's multiple bar and grills including Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunset and
Laguna Bobs. Expand your experience with local food trucks, shops and a theme park where you can ride go-karts, play mini- golf and more. Additionally, the entertainment district features "The Lawn" where you can catch breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Laguna Madre and the weekly Fireworks over the Bay every weekend from Memorial to Labor Day!
When you’re not exploring SPI, come back to our quaint condo to relax by the pool. 😊 Additionally, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room set up with a queen sofa bed for the extra sleepers! There is also a 55" smart TV in the living room & primary bedroom where you can access your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ accounts!

Great condo. Location was less than 5 min walk to beach as well as a short walk/drive to restaurants. Comfortable beds. Very clean condo. Had a closet with beach gear: canopy, three folding chairs, and sand toys. Had an oscillating stick fan in one bedroom that was broken but I was able to prop it up to use it. A fan is a Big plus for me. Kitchen nicely stocked, linens were good. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Not a great view from front or back but that wasn’t important to me. Host was very responsive! Would stay again!

Large Condo less than a block from the beach
Great location! Easy check-in and out. Spacious renovated condo with nice quartz countertops. Large and comfortable beds, new furniture and large balcony. Overall very nice stay! Living room rug and bathroom towels needed deep clean.

We were so happy with the location of this condo - easy walk to an awesome beach entrance and turn the other way down thestreet for yummy food options. Had everything we needed, and the host was super responsive when i reached out to them. Saving the listing to return again!

Wonderful condo
This was the perfect condo for our vacation. Right across the street from the beach. 2 minute walk to all the entertainment and restaurants. C.J was quick to respond to all communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at CJ's condo. We went to the beach everyday. The condo is located super centrally and has everything we needed. CJ was very responsive and always helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!!

Location was good. Condition of condo was acceptible.
However, "The refusal to accept a Federal Certified Service Animal is disrespectiful and dissapointing!!" If I would have had more time to book another, more respectful location, I would have! Very dissapointing that this property does not support our Military and First Responders who require their Service Dogs!! I have reported the property's refusal and also provided them with a copy of the email communication with the property. I have also posted the refusal on the official service animals communication social media pages! It was very disheartning to see other families throughout the complex enjoying their vacation with their pets!!
