When we entered the room it felt cozy. The view off the balcony was great and private. The bed was awesome, slept well. The building is older and needs repair but this didn't deter. The room was stocked with all necessary items from kitchen to beach needs. We look forward to coming back hopefully this winter.

Just two retired people enjoying some quiet time on the island!Fortunate enough to see the rocket take off from our balcony. Very quiet and safe area. Can walk to most places.

Best time of my life

The location was absolutely perfect, the condo had everything we could possibly need or want. Best vacation weekend i have ever taken. Definitely recommend. Wont be staying anywhere else from now on!

Great property at a great location

These rental was perfect for the two of us. Loved the view of both ocean and town from the patio and being on a higher floor. Great water pressure in the shower and air conditioning was appreciated with the nice hot weather outside! Bed was super comfortable and couch also. Would definitely recommend!

We loved it!

The hosts are very nice and easily reached. The condo was clean and had a view of the ocean. It was a calming atmosphere. Instructions for everything were easily found and understood. Can’t wait to go back.

Our studio room was great priced and all that we needed. We loved that they provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards! The bathroom and elevator got toasty with no air vent, but other than that, we can’t wait to come back!

Great location on beach

The condo we were in as well as really the whole building is looking tired—needs some TLC. Couldn’t get TV to work which really frustrated my husband. Linens and equipment in kitchen were good. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and towels provided. The bed was comfy. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Great views but needs tlc

Loved the location and benefit of having views of both ocean and bay, meaning sunrise and sunset from balcony. The property needs some care as there’s broken floor tiles in bathroom, and overall could use fresh paint. Other than that, it has everything needed for a comfy stay in a great location.

Low Cost for a Great Location

The perfect place for a single. The view from balcony was great. TV Didn't work, issue resolved. But who needs Tv when you can sit on the balcony and chill. Access to beach great and restaurants also. The only minus was parking.

Very nice for just two people.

The condo was tidy and well-appointed for the size. We made dinner in the kitchenette with no challenges. I usually bring a few core kitchen items when we stay in a condo. But, this time I didn’t. And there was no need. The building itself, however, was a little worn and rusty.

Disappointing

Pros: Great views from balcony. Short walk to beach. Non-crowded beach. Well stocked with towels, kitchenette stuff. Cons: Older building in need of repairs. The room smelled bad. Slow, hot elevator. Property info says there's a Smart TV but there's not, so we didn't get to watch our Netflix shows. They also say they provide umbrella and chairs but when we called about the broken umbrella, we never got a return call, so we paid $20/day to rent one. The smart TV and umbrella were two of the reasons we booked this unit.
