Everything was as described!We totally enjoyed our stay. There was everything we could have asked for—beach chairs, grills, towels, off street parking & laundry in site. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Winter getaway

We have been visiting Texas locations on the gulf. We found this condo perfectly located! On the beach and updated and clean. It was so convenient to get to anything and everything we wanted to do. The owners were great with communication. The condo was well supplied and we didn’t have a need for anything! We would stay again!

Great Unit Exactly as described

This unit is exactly as described. The view was great and the unit is totally updated with everything you need including the beach umbrella and chairs. We loved the location as the private beach which was less crowded than some of the other beach front properties where the public access was. The owners were very responsive and had no problem changing my check in dates with a last minute request since the unit was available. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise every morning and chilling on the beach all day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone for a great place to be in South Padre.

Can't wait to book again!

I recently stayed in the condo with my 2 teen daughters and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the clean and modern decor, and the breathtaking gulf views. My girls loved the bunkbed closet and the privacy it afforded them. All of the beds were very comfortable and we had a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped making it easy to whip up meals and enjoy them on the balcony. The bathrooms were also fully equipped with everything we needed to clean up at the end of the day. In the closet, there were beach chairs, a large beach umbrella, and a boogie board for us to use on the beach. Location-wise, this condo couldn't be better situated-just steps away from the main road with shopping, dining, and entertainment. While on the island, we managed to enjoy time on the beach with toes in the sand within 5 minutes of arriving and unpacking, parasailing, and horseback riding on the beach. The water was clear and beautiful blue/green and the sand was clean. We were around the middle of the island and within 15 minutes of everything we had planned for the weekend. Our host was fantastic with communication and provided us with additional cleaning supplies to manage any tar that might wash up on the beach. This stay was nothing short of perfect. I can't recommend this condo highly enough for anyone looking for a stress-free and convenient getaway! We can't wait to plan our next trip and reserve this condo again.

This was a perfect location and the condo has a beautiful beach front view and access. The condo was incredibly clean and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The onsite laundry was also a plus. The bed was a little firm for our taste but everything else was outstanding. The guidelines of use were clearly stated and easy to understand. We are looking forward to going back next year as we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

It was very clean in terms of no sand inside, very clean bedding/sheets. I would recommend things like the ageing shower mat, shower fixtures be replaced [hard water] as well as damage from previous leaks in the unit I stayed in. The view, the access to the beach and all the ammenites in the kitchen and beach items were in good order and very much appreciated!

Beautiful condo! Will be out forever vacation spot. It is so well kept and as well as the outside. Our bedroom TV was out and the condo ladies had it replaced by the next day. If I could give 100 stars I would! Such a great location.

Awesome little gem condo

We travelled to SPI to celebrate our birthdays and were very happy with this accommodation. We took our 2 smallish size dogs and they really enjoyed the beach also.We saw a few people with dogs walking around. I was a little disappointed that not all the beach type bars were not animal friendly but we found one or two.It was lovely waking up and looking at the beach and sitting on balcony..Watching the late night activities of people looking for crabs i suspect was fun also Bring binoculars...we should have... people watching is always fun.!The condo was in a FANTASTIC location and we really appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that was provided along with plentiful beach towels for us to use. Boogie boards and sand toys too if you needed them! Nice touch!Communication with leasing owners was great no issues. The swimming pool is a little under whelming but i had seen photos and wasnt disappointed. With the beach RIGHT there you dont need it in my opinion.Parking isnt plentiful at condo but we got lucky the 3 nights and found spots in the underground parking garage... small... but theres some other places that we we were provided info about very close.Definitely would return again!
