Amazing condo a short walk to the beach

Great price, super clean condo. For this price why get a motel or hotel vs a full home for the weekend. Would love to rent here again in the future.

Condo overall was ok, biggest problem was front door combination lock, it normally took 4-5 tries to get it open which was very frustrating. Also on last day of my stay I came back to the condo and found a realtor inside my condo showing it to a couple. This was not a good practice.

Christmas in SPI

This unit was close to the beach. That's the only good thing that can be said about it. It was extremely run down. Water damage in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Cracked caulking in the bathrooms. There's carpet on the half wall/peninsula in the kitchen. The bed was really uncomfortable. It's unlikely that I would stay here again.

The best outfitted Kithchen in SPI

We enjoyed our one night stay-over. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. I had not experienced the online checkout before but it makes great sense to let the staff know the unit is ready for turnover. It was very comfortable for our short time in the unit. The water was hot, the beds were clean and the front window was beautifully clean, a short walk to the beach access. The combination micro oven was very cool as we had not experienced this type of appliance - it warmed our food quickly. Enjoyed the holiday magazine for reading material. The staff were very nice and had come by to fix a headboard reported from the last visitor. The private shared pool was clean and inviting. SPI did not disappoint - we will be back.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice little apartment for the family. It possibly could use some upgrades. However, it was great. We had no issues during our stay. A lot better than stay at a hotel. We'll definitely book again.

everything was good except their were dead small roaches before you go to the patio cars were park one behind each other there is a sign no charcoal grills and we got smoke from the people below cooking out and having music after 11 pm besides that it was ok.

The beach was great, but the condo was in need of updates

The condo was not in the best condition. It was clean, however there were outlets that did not work. Faucet fixtures in the bathrooms that came off. The outside was dirty. Lots of dirt and trash on the stairwell. The pool was ok- the furniture looked to be old and not in very good condition. I will not choose that place again when I go back to South Padre.

The pool didn’t work, the sink in the bathroom backed up when we brushed our teeth, all the TVs in the house didn’t work with no cable, the sheets were discolored. There was only one parking spot when I called to see if there was aother place to park a second vehicle the operator said you can park in the local park. I said well I’d like to see my car she said yeah I guess that makes sense. She wasn’t very helpful.
