The Sea Vista complex offers 2 courtyard swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our ground floor condo has been recently remodeled and decorated in a soothing beach theme and provides lots of privacy and quiet...great for families and couples looking for that perfect beach vacation. The ground level main patio is accessed from the living/dining area. Here you can relax enjoying your favorite beverage, feeling the gentle gulf breezes, watching the ships pass or playing a game of Bocce on the lush green space. This same view can also be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. The master bedroom, has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows overlooking the entire south end of the island...amazing! There is a king size bed with a small sitting area. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top. A second mini-master bedroom also has a king size bed. This bedroom has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and a sliding glass door which is pool side. A Keurig coffee maker is provided in this bedroom. Additional K-cups are available at HEB and WalMart. The second bathroom with a tub/shower combination and granite vanity top is located right next to this bedroom. The third guest bedroom has a unique double size bunk bed plus a trundle...top bunk is double size, bottom bunk is double size, trundle is single size. This bedroom is also poolside. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses, flat screen TVs, ample built-in closets with both hanging and drawers. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxurious linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play with linens for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided for your arrival, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen, designed for the "cook" has a granite countertop. All stainless steel appliances include range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and an under the sink water filter system. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils and a good supply of herbs and spices, as well as several small appliances to enhance your cooking experience. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied for your arrival and there are cleaning supplies available.
To increase your vacation enjoyment, there are 4 new wall mount flat screen TVs with Spectrum Cable and WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans. New full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. Some laundry liquids are provided. For your beach time pleasure we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and some beach toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many great restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
