Welcome to our home where cool comfort and luxury meet! Enjoy 15-story high breathtaking views night or day of the Ocean, Beach and Bay from your very own balconies and relax in Sapphire's 100-yard pool or large hot tub.

Our living room offers ample seating for all on the large sectional sofa and 2 lounge chairs and is equipped with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and board games to meet your entertainment needs.

Our Master Bedroom offers spectabular views of the Ocean and Beach and a comfortable night's sleep on a King size Westin bed. The suite includes a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and dresser and the Master Bath includes a spacious stand-up shower, spa tub, dual sink, walk-in closet, luggage rack and hairdryer.

Our Second Bedroom sleeps up to 4 on the 2 Queen size beds and includes a walk-in closet, dresser, Smart TV, and ceiling fan.

Our Third Bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, a full size on the bottom and twin size on top, and includes a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, closet, and under-bed storage.

Our kitchen is equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances which include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, cook-top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In addition you will find the following kitchen appliances: keurig machine, coffee pot, blender, mixer, waffle maker, toaster, and toaster oven. We provide plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and serveware. Our large kitchen island doubles as the kitchen table with 4 stools for dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, we also have a bar countertop, wine cooler/refrigerator and a stock of stemware for your refreshment pleasure.

Our full size, side by side washer and dryer are located inside the unit in the hallway for your convenience.

Our Ocean-side balcony is equipped with seating for up to 6. The Bay-side balcony with entry from the hallway door in the elevator bank, offers seating for 4 and includes 2 tables and a serving bar.

The Sapphire amenities include a full-service day spa, 100-yard swimming pool, cabana rental availability ($125/day), beach chair and umbrella rental availability ($35/day), exclusive beach access, private movie theater, teen game room, state-of-the -art fitness center. Among the many amenities the Sapphire has to offer you will enjoy the beautiful lobby and added convenience of having 24-hour onsite security. The location of the Sapphire on the island is walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping and the Beach Resort Waterpark.

Please note required Resort Fees of $50/night will be added in your total as Property Fees.

The Twilight Zone?

My family, made up of my 13 year old daughter, her friend, my other two young boys, and my wife were evicted from this facility at 7 o clock at night the last night of our stay! We are middle aged professionals and have never been close to experiencing anything like this our entire life. The short story is minutes after arriving on Thursday afternoon my two young boys threw a peanut m&m off the 15th floor balcony where we were staying. Wirhin minutes security knocked on the door and I made clear it was two young boys playing around and that I already discussed with them how this wasn't appropriate. The management team at the facility also contacted the owner who called to ask me about the situation. Again, they literally threw one peanut m&m off the balcony. We stayed Friday night and Saturday night and had no issues. Sunday morning my wife is at the beach getting setup for the day and I am down in the gym working out. About ten o'clock in the morning a plastic water bottle supposedly came off my balcony ( I spoke to the ejitre staff and know one could identify anyone of my kids) and the property management team sends security back up to my room with Law Enforcement! They questioned my 13 year old daughter and then tell them we are evicted. When I get back up stairs daughter tells me what has happened and so I immediately go downstairs to speak with property management. They tell me I'm evicted and have to leave. I speak with the owner and they say they have to follow the management recommendation basically. Management then says I can pay a $500 fine before I leave the next day in order to stay. At this point I just want to have oneore day at the beach and leave in the morning so I agree. We go to the beach for the day and when I return the management te tracts me down and says I am evicted for good this time because I didn't pay the fine quickly enough. There was never any indication I had to pay by any time line. I spoke with the owner and they blamed it on the management team and the management team started blaming it on the owner etc. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country getting shuck down. Lots of little details in between with conversation with owner and management team , but I was kicked out around 7 o'clock Sunday night. I was charged for my Sunday night stay although we were evicted and had to fund a place with my family to stay that night because we were a long way from home. Again, it was a weird, embarrassing experience!

Super Hosts at Sapphire

David and Melba were super nice and very responsive to a text or email. Their place is beautifully decorated and immaculate and also the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at the Sapphire on quite a few occasions and their condo is definitely top rated. Thank you David and Melba for making our stay so enjoyable by going the extra mile.

Best Family Vacation Spot in S. Padre!

This condo is a perfect rental for group or family. Our family of 8 vacationed in South Padre Island and truly enjoyed this rental. The owners were local and were easy to reach for any questions I had. They supplied the condo with all necessities and more! The condo was decorated beautifully and made our stay relaxing! I highly recommend this rental property and we will definitely be back!

Best Place to Stay on SPI!

This property was the best place, most comfortable, and excellent experience my family and I have experienced in SPI. This property was clean, organized, very comfortable. Everything you think you might need was provided by the property owners. The most used and best part of this property was both balconies. The beach side balcony gave us the best beach view and sunrises and then the bayside balcony gave us the best place for dinner as we enjoyed a perfect sunset (and fireworks). What made it extra special was how we were treated by the owners, Mr.and Mrs. Sanchez. The property owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
