Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, mixer, coffeemaker, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cable TV, internet/WI-FI, living room Smart TV, DVD player, TVs in bedrooms, kitchen appliances, dishware, silverware, linen provided, towel provided, parking, pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, ample balcony, outdoor grills. King in main room and pair of twin beds in second room.
    Also 2 rolling Beds.

    The property is located 50 feet from the beach.

    No renters under 26 years of age allowed, only families during the month of March.

    Traveler who have to cancel their reservation due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) they would be refunded in full.

We stayed for two weeks and the condo was perfect. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you need. It is a great location. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay on SPI. Close walk to the beach, fantastic deck and grassy pool/hot rub area, and close to everything.. The condo was up to date, clean and nicely furnished. Comfy couches and recliner. Bed was really comfortable too. We had everything we needed.

Great Condo!

This is a wonderful spot to stay when on SPI. It is clean, quiet, and across the street from the excellent (food and drinks) Wanna Wanna. Definitely a place to stay again!

Great location. We were able to walk for miles on the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants, groceries, etc. Great neighbours. Everyone very friendly. Clean well taken care of premises. Condo had everything we needed except beach chairs. All day sun on the south side. We had a great stay from Dec 29 - Jan 30, 2026.

We loved our time at SeaScape, the courtyard is awesome. We love to BBQ, hang out in the pools and met new people.
