We had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax in the evenings. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out effortless. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. This condo truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time. Located just a half a block to beach. The only issue was that the property was getting painted when we were there. Which was a little inconvenient since they had parked in the apot that we were only aloud to park in. But other than that the pool was great and location was perfect.

Perfect Family getaway

This was a perfect home away from home. Well stocked home. The kitchen has all you need to cook in (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The over all spaces was just enough for our family of 6. And the walking distance from the beach made it easy to do walk the beach or playing in the sand or in the san

The property had everything you could imagine from a wagon carrier to a dog lease available, they thought of everything you would need to stay at a beach area. I love BBQ and they had a BBQ pit near the pool. GREAT

Great host & cute condo

We had the unfortunate luck of visiting SPI just as a tropical storm was hitting the island. That didn't stop us from enjoying our trip and our stay in this cute condo made it a fun trip. The condo is very clean and appears to be furnished with mostly new items. Kay was a great host and she was super responsive throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the HVAC unit on the first day and Kay had someone out to look at it very quickly during the storm. It was back up and running in no time and she took care of us. The location between two beach access points was a win as well. The pool for the complex is very nice. We would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will again in the future...just hopefully not in a tropical storm.

Loved our Stay

We loved how clean and new the condo looked. I know understand why we were charged a 'host' fee. I appreciated Kay's flexibility with our needs. The pool and courtyard is one of the reasons I chose this condo, we loved it!! Will def. try to stay here from now on.
