Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found this beautiful new house on line and four couples had an enjoyable winter break. House was new and couple minor repairs but Nikki was so quick to respond and was a text away w recommendations and ideas on just about everything the Long Island holds. Kitchen was stocked nicely and very spacious accommodations. Recommend getting kayaks and paddle boards for great place to explore. Easy access. Sunsets beautiful and pool was relaxing and refreshing. Legends is a nice walk bar/restaurant w pizza place across the street. Everything else in governors island. Buccaneer restaurant a must. Great island to get a car and explore. We’ll be back.

We traveled to this home as two families with young children who typically vacation together. The house was clean modern. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with every kind of baking dish and pan and cooking utensil you could need. We loved the layout of the property as it provided plenty of space For not only intimate family time but also quiet time if you wanted to read. The children’s loved playing football on the sand in the backyard and were able to catch 52 conch shells right off the rocks in the back yard. My only reason for four stars was due to location. Fortunately, we rented cars for the week and were able to travel the island easily, but the location was quite removed from many restaurants and sightseeing. I would .
