Should be cleanier, Should have had the AC on in the room, floors were sticky, & not swept well, the walls should be washed down, or a new coat of paint. Outside of main entrance dirty looking, should be washed down. Overall it was just okay.

This property has stolen from me over $2000! They never once came to even offer to clean my suite, offer me clean sheets, or towels due to how dirty they were when I got there I ended up just buying my own anyway it was disgusting. The bathtub would not drain and when the dishwasher was done, food would come up through the drain in the bathtub while you were trying to take a shower standing in 2 feet of water. My aunt had a volcano of poop coming from the room above her and spewing from under the toilet and up to the shower drain as well. Their answer to this was to give her the chemicals to pour in the drain, after a complete fail… they told her toilet paper should not be flushed in the toilet and they accused her of putting a winter scarf in the toilet and flushing it. It was almost 100° while we were there! Another note it says free breakfast, it’s hardly breakfast… It’s hard biscuits, ultra crispy, French toast, and stale bagels, and muffins… With gourmet animals, yogurt with the past due expiration date. All in all this hotel was a disgrace, part ofthe massive family living there running it were in the room above us and it sounded like a headboard bouncing off the wall or a hammer pounding a nail every little while 24 hours a day. Good luck.

I like that the AC works very well. Everything else was a poor experience. The room is very run down. Although the sheets seem to be clean, the room is dusty and the floors are dirty. There are dirty spots on the walls of the shower and dust and bugs on the bathroom floor. The tv is broken and the room has many dings on the walls along with unpainted patch jobs and the furniture is fraying. This is most likely the worst quality hotel I have stayed at in the entire US. Room quality does not align with prices charged for these old and dirty rooms.

The whole area was kind of sketchy. The rooms were clean but that's about the only thing positive I can say about the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Trash was piled up and overflowing at the dumpster. Looks like it hadn’t been picked up in weeks. The parking lot was clean however. Our room was clean but the sink was clogged up and very slow to drain. The room had a very strong perfume smell when we walked in. The staff at check in wasn’t very friendly at all. The chair in our room was really bad. You almost fall over backwards if you lean back.

Overall strong smell of disinfectant covering the pet odors. Place was shabby, halls needed to be vacuumed. Our AC made loud noice TV remote did not work door security latch was broken. The place just felt old it needed to be updated and repairs needed. Breakfast was limited food ran out and never replaced. Everything cooked was awful and low quality. During check in they had a sign stating you had 20 minutes to report complaints or refund your room! That should have been a warning for us to turn around but we were not sure if we could find another place. We did complain about the remote and someone did help right away. The other issues were after the “20” minutes. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Très décevant de la part de Expédia. Chambre désuet, malpropre, bruyant, détecteur de fumée enlevé, porte fermée mais nous voyons dehors, cadrage de porte qui tombe, etc. Nous avons un chien d'assistance et nous avons demandé une chambre calme afin que nous soyons pas dérangé par le bruit et il nous ont mis devant la porte d'entrée et à côté de la machine à glace. Résultat notre chien intervient à chaque 5 minutes pour m'aviser d'un danger car c'est très bruyant. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre mais nous avons obtenu un refus. Bref, nous allons changer de compagnie pour nos prochaines locations. Cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé!

The bedding was clean and pillows were comfortable, but I would never stay here again. Very run down and noisy. You can hear everything from outdoors and in adjacent rooms. And the faucet handle was broken off. Awful experience.

The shower still had a clear outline of where a bar of soap had recently festered and hairs on the floor; the bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed recently, and there was paper trash in the air conditioner/fan unit. In the main building, the entire first floor smells like marijuana.
