“Service very good ”

“It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating. ”

“The place is good but the awful smell in Casio”

“They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.”

“Parking garage is small and not ideal for trucks or even a large SUV. Parking fills up super fast as well. Saw multiple guests with pets, pool was small and had hours of operation but no clock in the pool area for guidance. Breakfast was typical hotel staples and decent”

“Room smelled so bad of dog urine I couldn't stay. The ammonia was insane! And the heat/ac had a broken knob for the temp therefore unusable. By far the worst place I have ever tried to stay at”

“The staff was great! The rooms could be cleaner. There was a dirty brown towel in the corner of the bathroom that I found. The surfaces looked like they had not been wiped. The elevator was working!”

“Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. ”

“最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的”
