「This was a last minute trip, we have been to the island before so we knew where we wanted to stay. On the beach if possible away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. This place turned out to be perfect for what our needs were. We walked 2 minutes to the beach, there were maybe 4-6 people there, most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. 「Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! 「A dream in white – really beautiful beach villa! Well-equipped and maintained, even a wine cabinet fridge is there to keep your red wines at ideal drinking temperature. All bedrooms with TV, many hundred international channels. Pool gets cleaned every second day. We had really beautiful days there! Just one tiny suggestion for improvement: Wifi is good upstairs but somewhat limited downstairs – a repeater would help. Internet connectivity breaks down occasionally, then rebooting is required....

「Beautiful spacious villa with a private swimming pool with 3 loungers. We stayed in number 2 with enough parking place and lots of privacy. What a great place for our family with kids. It’s really clean and well equipped with wash machine, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee machine, fridge with ice compartment, water cooker, oven, hair dryer, towels. Sometimes you will find some mini ants, but due to the hot weather this was inevitable. Because we stayed for a week there is no house cleaning....
