“The parking if you book through a third party is £25 a night which for its location is very expensive so beware as they dont tell you the price when you check in.
The area around the hotel seems very run down, I wouldn't walk from the hotel any where.”

“Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk)
Friendly host
Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room.
A little awkward for men needing a shave.
Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers
Kettle and coffee/tea provided
Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.”

“Avoid and be very careful!
The hotel is in a very bad shape, it is well below any star rating. Lesson was to spend some more quids and stay at a better place.
Water ran out without any notification in the morning, while waiting for water the cleaning lady threatened me to leave asap.
Wifi not working, spooky corridors with filthy carpets.
Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff who could even enter your room with their keys without knocking.
The only positive point was location, close to……
