"Every time I go to South Padre Island This is a place to be super clean. Great Customer Service, wonderful food and the pool is amazing. And you can go next-door to the Spa and get the best massage you ever had I used to come here , same placea different name. I think was Pearl I believe."

"Everything was excellent! My Fiancé and I had a blast. We loved everything about it, starting from the look and cleanliness of the hotel to the close proximity that everything was to the hotel. Again, beautiful experience. I will definitely recommend the hotel and if I ever plan to go back to visit San Antonio, I know where I will be staying again. "The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Although we did get a small upgrade with a view of the river instead of the city, I had to ask for it by explaining the VIP status for Expedia and that was uncomfortable. They had several rooms for upgrade, but the receptionist argued that sometimes they don’t have availability to upgrade. It was a bit embarrassing to have to ask for the upgrade when I felt it should have been offered automatically. But it was a nice stay!"
