The cabins are beautiful super clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and the hotel is nice with reindeer and dogs which adds to the fun. Can’t imagine how beautiful would the auroras be experienced in these cabins- but it was very cloudy the only night we stayed.

Nice stay in a unique location. The property was undergoing some renovations. While waiting for our taxi upon checkout we heard staff mention to another guest that had a shuttle bus into town, it would have been nice to know that was available.

Cabins were wonderful and had amazing views. Perfect for couples or groups of 2 per cabin. We booked with half board which was outstanding for our 2 day stay. We loved that we were able to spend time with the dogs and the reindeer..

This place is magical. The cabins are cozy, clean, warm and adorable. The staff are all friendly, outgoing, helpful and kind. We took their added on excursion to see Northern Lights (never a guarantee) and were lucky enough to find them - and then saw them again back at the hotel. Our stay was really a wonderful one.

The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable, and accommodating. Unfortunately, my early departure experience was quite disappointing. Since guests cannot park near the cabins, the regular parking area outside reception is already a considerable distance away. I arranged the night before to leave at 4:00 a.m. and was assured the gate would be opened so I could drive in to load my luggage, and that a breakfast box would be ready. At 4:00 a.m., no one was at reception, the gate remained closed, and there was no breakfast box. I tried knocking, calling, and messaging, but received no response. I had no choice but to drag my heavy luggage through the mud and construction area all the way to my car. It was frustrating that an arrangement made in advance was simply forgotten. After an otherwise nice stay, it was an unpleasant way to end the experience.
