We were emailed prior to our stay and advised to book in a time slot for swimming, as all swimming and gym sessions must be pre-booked. The hotel is grand and traditional. All staff we came across were friendly and helpful. We had a family room in the hotel, which was spacious and clean. 「This hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a high standard although sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A la Carte hot breakfast options far exceeded our expectations and were served by attentive friendly staff. The manager, Amir, was very professional and responsive . Excellent value. We would stay again.」
