Checkin process wasn’t with check in staff had to come back to give my card information shortly after getting to the room. Went to take a shower and the drain was clogged with water coming back up. I went to get help and nobody was there, called and no one picked up finally got a hold of someone and they said everything was fine and they’ll have someone take a look the next day but we were only staying the night. Shower still not working, I went to the front desk, different person again said he’d send someone shortly or while we went to dinner. nobody showed up, came back from dinner around 11PM, shower was still clogged. Their claim was they couldn’t come in because we were gone, nobody called even though they had my contact information. I asked if another room was available multiple times and they claimed the rooms that were open had reservations or weren’t clean after checkout. The individual from the front desk poured drano and had us wait 10 minutes, twice. He claimed he would give us a discount in the morning and note our account. When we went to checkout we explained the issue for the third time and the manager at the front desk was not helpful, wouldn’t offer any compensation. Started off with saying he can give us a free night, than said the weekend rate isn’t possible to discount (WE HAD PAID WEEKEND RATES). Started giving us different dates and saying ridiculous rates.
