“This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!”

“Great location! Amazing hosts, very responsive. Property was perfect for our pup and home was a perfect set up for a family get away. So clean and inviting! Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent place!”

“The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient.”

“The property is an older timeshare and dated.”

“Amazingly clean, comfortable and a great location. We didn’t want to leave!”

“Great location. Spacious house.”

“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

“The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.”

Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!”

“Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

The upstairs room that listed a twin bed, wasn’t even a room. It was a hallway area outside of the bathroom that was up against the slope/pitch of the……

“Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.”

“would stay here again”

“Great host, great place!”
