Great home and location

Felt very welcome in a lovely home, did not feel fake or pretend. Well appointed with tons of space for our group. Loved the spacious backyard and had a great time cooking and relaxing outside. Would stay here again without question. Very close to town, didn't need to drive if we didn't want to.

Beautiful Home in Southhampton

We had a wonderful stay in this Southhampton Village home! The location is ideal, with town an easy walk and the beach an easy bike ride or quick drive. The home itself is well equipped and very comfortable for families and groups. Anne from Marquis was incredibly helpful and responsive making the experience seamless. We hope to stay again soon!

Hamptons Heaven

We arrived to a beautiful spotless home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. The sleeping accommodations were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough for 7 adults to move around. Both the living room and family room had more than enough room for us to gather all together. We used the pool daily, again with plenty of sitting areas. There were beach chairs and towels for the short drive to the beach. There were also bikes if you were so inclined. We were extremely happy with the home and would love to return.

Wonderful stay in heart of Southampton Village

Coopers Farm Rd is iconic Southampton. The street is lined with classic Southampton hedge rows. It’s quiet and beautiful. Street leads to the village on an easy walk. The home is lovely. It had everything we needed. It was perfect to host our extended family of adults. Three bedrooms have attached full baths. The fourth bedroom is accessed through the master and is a great bonus room, especially is you had kids in the group. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There are two living areas, perfect for watching tv. The backyard is gorgeous. It’s has space to sit poolside a read or entertain. The walk to the Village was easy. There are many restaurants within that easy walking distance. We appreciated the communication, both prior to our trip and while we were in Southampton. We hope to visit again on our next trip to New York.

The house was great! Super spacious and clean and looks even better than the pictures. Lots of amenities like a washer and dryer, umbrellas for the pool, dishes and some stocked items in the fridge. I connected with Anne and she was incredible and super flexible, as well as responsive to all of our questions and requests. The area is also super pretty and peaceful.

We have stayed at this beautiful home in Southampton with our family and felt like it was home. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Everything was absolutely perfect.. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we might have needed. We have a large family and everyone had their own space to hang out in. The pool is beautiful and so private. It was super convenient location to town..a nice short walk to shops! Would I stay again...Absolutely! A 5 star review for sure!!

Thanksgiving Holiday in the Hamptons

My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. Some bumps, though: we struggled with getting into the house; no front door key given -- we accessed the home through a garage side-door electronic lock. Was an underwhelming arrival for over a thousand dollars/night in the off season, to be honest, and it took us 2 days to finally figure out the finicky lock. Heat: we were instructed to keep the heat no higher than 70* in the book of house rules, but it was in the 20's when we visited, and this was not realistic as the thermostat struggled to even stay at 67. The house was chilly. The owner was polite and apologetic but nevertheless, it made for a cold vacation. 4th bedroom: The 4th bed is directly off the master. We planned to use all the bedrooms for our kids, but what teenagers want to be connected to their parents' bedroom, and vice versa! And that bedroom, located over garage, was very cold. No one ended up sleeping there. If we'd brought friends with us, this would have been a pickle. All in all, I would stay here again in warm weather and with fewer children/no need for that 4th bedroom. It's a beautiful home and feels welcoming. Spotless as well!

Lovely home!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home. Anne was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend this house to anyone! There was plenty of room for everyone inside the house, and the back yard with pool was beautiful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Thank you!
