This newly renovated, spectacular, center hall colonial home is just minutes from Southampton Village, the beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, premium Golf courses, and the North Sea Marinas. Hardwood floors throughout this clean and crisp home. There are 4 spacious bedrooms all with brand new top quality Queen/King mattresses and an additional large loft with a playroom and bedroom. Egyptian cotton sheets and fresh new linens are an added bonus! The home offers a full bathroom and a Master suite with full bathroom including a tub and shower. The home features new HD Smart TVs with internet and cable. It also has new Stainless Steel appliances including a dishwasher and top quality washer/dryer for your convenience on the first floor. Relax and read a book in the tranquility of the large backyard with lush foliage surrounded by nature. The backyard includes a patio with BBQ, outdoor dining, as well as a seating area. For families there is a new playground set. Your family will thoroughly enjoy this vacation home with all of it amazing amenities.

Great house and location

This property is great for large groups. Very clean and light. It is on a busy road but the entertaining space is around the back of the housee where it is much quieter. Huge amount of parking and in a great central location. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and a extremely comfortable and pristine home, newer renovation.

Our 7 day stay was quite enjoyable due to the great accommodations in this great, and impeccably clean, welcoming home. Access to the beaches, the village of Southampton and it's great restaurants and shops, golf, the town of Sag Harbor, is quick and easy. Fantastic kitchen, and living and dining areas (in and out) make this a place to return to. The Owner (Brian) was very responsive and accommodating of our needs, we would certainly recommend this property to our friends. I expect that we will be back again soon. Rich H.
