The room was filthy. There is no air conditioning and the fan was covered in dust from years of use without any cleaning. The staff did surface clean but the room was so dusty and filthy it gave all of us allergic responses. Lucky we brought allergy meds.

The property is very close to the cruise terminal in an area with shopping and dining options. It’s only a five minute ride from the train station, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Really pleasant 2 night stay. Hotel feels rather dated and bedrooms could do with a bit of upgrade but everywhere was exceedingly clean. This is a nice, quiet hotel within walking distance of the cruise terminal and a shopping mall. My room was quite hot (April, 14’c outside temperature) but so it was nice to be able to open the windows a little.

I would not recommend or stay again and would like my money back

This was booked as a double bed and double sofa bed as was shown in the picture. We didn't find it like that, the sofa bed wasn't made up. When i asked staff if i was supposed to make up the 2nd bed it got confusing and they wanted to move us to twin beds (not what i ordered or wanted) then they said they would go and make up the 2nd bed they did but made up half of it into a 2nd bed. My son in the end said to me it would be fine as we'd had along day and the language barrier with the receptionist was to difficult.
