Updated motel, with a beachy feel. We booked the honeymoon suite to make use of the jetted tub, which has seen better days. Our room was in the back so it was quiet. The pool area was nice and we lounged in the sun for a while. The place is like a little hidden gem, no-frills, clean, and they make it easy to enjoy for a night in the Hamptons.

Overall the properly was great. There was ample parking available and we had a good time in the pool and the courts. Our only issue was on the first night, someone woke up with bites all over their arms so we thought it was a one time thing and cleaned the beds. On the last night everyone in the room woke up with large bumps through their arms and legs and we were gonna let staff know but at check out, no one was there.

I had room facing the busy street, but the room was well insulated and I did not hear the traffic from outside. Also, the floor plan was very functional. Linen was clean CLEAN, bed was SO comfortable And the amenities of small fridge, coffee maker, iron, -and 2 water bottles provided with each room clean was especially helpful. Parking spaces were wide with ample space to unload and open passenger doors.

I expected at least a 3 star hotel type for this place. however it was pretty disappointed for my family. it is just a motel Inn. nothing more. staff was friendly. but they get off very early where we cannot reach anyone after certain time. no staff u can find near the Inn when it gets dark. so I feel so unsecure. so.. pick other place else.

No lights on the 2 back paths to our room, cold water in the tub & the jets didn't work, black mold on the TV table, TV to small, terrible mattress, no shelfs in the tiny 24 X 24 inch shower that had no way to adjust temperature either to hot or cold, no place for toiletries on the sink, no extra toilet paper, the toilet seat was not bolted down so we almost fell off every time, no one answers the phone or is in the office when we had water issues. Will never stay there again.
