「Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.」

「Good location」

「Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???」

「This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip!」

「Clean, well anppointed apartment with off street parking. Excellent host communication!」

「While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.」

「We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Springer House! It has so much history and character! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The only downside was that the road and park out front were both closed and under construction. However, we loved the atmosphere, service, and food at Casa Del Rio just down the street. We spent the weekend visiting a few of Northern Kentucky’s wineries and distilleries, and it was nice to return to our cozy, quiet apartment in the evenings. Thank...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate. There are people on each side of you, but there are dividers and they are far enough away so that it still feels very private. I had trouble getting in but the owner was very responsive and helped us get right in. Will definitely keep this in mind for future getaways.」

「A nice roomy space in a convenient location.」

「It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay.」

「Host was really nice and helpful and area was very central to everything i wanted. Parking was also not bad.」

「Great, especially if you have pets.」

「The carriage house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved our stay and highly recommend it.」

「very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful」

「Great location, cute place, had everything we needed. Would stay again!」

「Nice place to overnight. Fort Thomas is a nice town!」

「Was expecting a normal sized microwave, one of the shades was broken, low water pressure, body wash was out, more storage to hang up clothes. It was a very good deal and we did enjoy our stay.」
