From a misunderstanding and overcharged for the amount of people that were staying,to getting the refund was not easy!It took several attempts after I wasn’t refunded the full amount initially! The ADVERTISED free wine was delivered after calling, but we didn’t know there was a broken wine opener to use and had to buy one.The ADVERTISED fireplace- DID NOT WORK!The ADVERTISED Jacuzzi -HAD NO WATER IN IT but I kept getting emails to……

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!”
