"A little dated exterior but the room was well appointed and clean, really nice room for the price."

"2 complaints: 1. There was a medical emergency; they stood and looked at the person on the floor. The guest and I helped the family. I asked the person at the desk to call the desk to call 911. Instead, they called their friend. The guest on the floor had a head wound that was bleeding. I asked for 1st aid kit many times. She stood there blank, and I had to ask again. Finally, she walked over with the very basic kit. Another guest had to call 911. Were told they needed to call the manager, not 911. After the guest left on the ambulance, I let the person at the desk know there was blood on the floor and people were stepping on or through it. They finally cleaned the blood up after 30 mins of guests walking or jumping around it. Please give better training on how to handle emergencies - calling 911 vs. a friend - 1st aid kit that is more than a Dollar Tree kit. And how to handle cleanup of blood and wear gloves. The bed is very stiff. Overall, I would stay again. The place is very clean and friendly, Easy on and off I70."
