「The cabin is quaint and designed like a tiny house. There was a queen bed in the loft. The stairs to the loft were actual stairs. It was easy to climb up. The ceiling was high in the miiddle so we could stand. The bathroom had a good shower without walls. So plenty of room. I think it would be beautiful in the fall. Cicadas were singing and flying around. We had a good time. We would recommend it to others.」

「We boat on Lake Shelbyville and the property is very close to a ramp. House was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked! Several extra amenities! The garage was an A+ with the extra fridge, grill and utensils. The only thing that I could pick at was the lawn desperately needed to be cut and the firepit was in a weird location on the side of the driveway. Nothing to not want to stay again! I would definitely return!!」

「This is is the cutest most comfortable and luxurious "tiny house" ive ever seen! The hosts communicated quickly and effectively. The accommodations were better than we expected. Everything was just right. My ONLY regret is that i didnt research times local businesses were open prior to our stop. Travel took longer than expected (we are in the process of moving and had a trailer along so we were too long for the ferry and had to go around). Be smarter than we were and plan accordingly 😉」

「The house is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We loved our stay last year, so we came back again. David is very friendly and is quick to answer questions. We love the sandy beach spot for the kids to play and the kayaks that are available. The only bummer this year was after we saw a couple water snakes a couple times, the kids didn’t want to play on the beach area anymore.」

「The cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our needs. The drop down ladder/stairs to the loft were not an issue for our group. The kitchen had just what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We basically only slept there because we explored all day. We did bbq and have a fire at night.」

「Minutes from Garden of the Gods and River to River Trail. Temps too hot so we tried to be on trail by 7:30. On dead end road but noisy compared where we live (not bad). Great wildflowers and birds. Loved having a full kitchen. My husband in hot every day.」

「We were looking to just take a break from life, to unplug, and reconnect with one another. We were able to do just that... the cabin was very nice and clean, we loved the firepit and hot tub. We spent most of the time just at the cabin... a couple of days we ventured out and went to parks and small towns. We hope to come back some day... very nice.」

「In Marion for a family wedding. Perfect place for all of us (adult children and teenage grandchildren and pre-teen great grandchildren). Dramatic great room overlooking 5th tee. Got to review the golfers as an added benefit. Looks like a good spot for a getaway golf weekend.」

「We had a wonderful time mostly. The house had all the kitchen items we needed. The bathroom was stocked with tp and towels. Plenty of blankets and pillows. There was severe weather. So, both mornings we woke up with no power. But, when there was power, the WiFi worked great and the hot tub was so relaxing. We took advantage of fishing in between the storms. Wish the weather would’ve been better, but not much the owners can do about that. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and...
