“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. “Excellent place very clean, with a beautiful view kitchen full of utensils to cook a nice breakfast. A few steps of the beach. We really enjoy our time here. ”

“Lobby needs to be open for more hours. The whole room needs an upgrade.. the beds .. the towels.. the beddings. Everything! Wil never stay there again. Also called Expedia to change my hotel and the associate response was frustrating to say the least.. which I don’t blame on the associate but on the management.”
