“El lugar excelente para ir al Hard Rock Stadium y súper limpio”

“Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that……

“Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!”

“The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.”

“The host is friendly. It is a peaceful place. As other guests reviewed we heard footstep noise from the main floor. But they did not bother our sleep time. Dog’s footsteps are so cute. We liked many toilet papers, towels and others are on the closet. The lint from the towels gets on our face and body after wash. The bed is too comfy. We do not need to find the AC control because of the room temperature was comfortable for us. I enjoyed the Nespresso. Easy check out! Thank you ”

“I travel a lot- and this was definitely in my top stays! We were in town for a concert and this was perfect. The host was gracious and allowed us to check in early and the place was beautiful. I was very impressed- it had everything you could need! I will definitely be visiting again when in town for concerts!”
