“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the……

“House under repair. Grill unusable at first. . Even after cleaner sent out. They failed to clean out grease trap. My son had to do that. Had to purchase tp and paper towels.kitchen had no minimal supplies for cooking. Kitchen was not prepared for a party of 11”

“It’s a beautiful villa. Very clean. Great location.10 out of 10 ”

“It was perfect for our girls trip and loved the details of the q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom, all the options for heating water for tea and the different coffee options. The only down side was we thought there was a working hot tub, but wasn’t heated for the winter so that was a little disappointment. Host was great to respond when we had a question. Enjoyed the patio area and sitting out there reading or visiting with our coffee in the mornings. Lots of good eating options close by……
