“WiFi only in Lobby, not in guest room. That’s no good.”

“We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and……

“Clean, decent property.”

“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and……

“The staff are all friendly and helpful. It's close to shopping restaurants great view of the harbour. Room was clean”

“Nice place. Great value”

“We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. Our little one enjoyed the swimming pool and running around with no worries and the owner so lovely we had a full on conversation about life and future opportunities in……

“I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a……

“Love the spacious of the home and security so friendly and kept us feel safe all the time. I have no hesitation returning to this property again in the future.”

“We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I……

“We were here for a week. We would definitely return if we were in the same area again. The host, Alexander, was pleasant and upbeat. He was easy to get along with and easy to communicate with. He even got us a taxi from the airport for less than the standard taxis outside the exit. The place was clean, no critters anywhere. Everything was in order in the apartment with standard kitchen utensils, etc. Refrigerator was full-sized, which is becoming less and less common in my experience. Washer was……

“Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. The kindness of the people here is what we loved about Fiji the most! The house was so comfortable and finished beautifully with hardwood flooring and interior……
