“Nice, clean and cozy ”

“Only Acceptable If You Are Used To Sleeping Next To A Highway. Not Fit For Purpose.We arrived in the afternoon and had to immediately find alternative accommodation. This place is on a main road into the Hobart CBD with heavy traffic just meters from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms face out onto the main road with cars, heavy vehicles streaming down constantly and the decibel level is exceptionally high. The vibration from the traffic actually shook the house. “Comfortable unit which is in close proximity to a beautiful beach. We arrived on an early evening flight and it was so lovely to have some staples like focaccia bread, milk, wine provided. There was a well stocked pantry for cooking and a good selection of tea and coffee pods. Easy to use induction cooktop.Dog bowls and dog toys etc were also provided. A dog towel would also be handy but I am being picky because everything else was covered.Bed was comfortable. Located upstairs while bathroom is……

“Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. ”
