"Excellent location for Mayo Clinic patients. Easy access to main clinic buildings without having to go outside. Tons of wonderful restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Multiple restaurants on site. The Lord Essex Tavern was a delight: food, service, ambiance. Happy hour hors d'œuvres a special bonus! We didn't use the indoor rooftop pool this visit, but my family enjoyed it earlier this year. The lobby area is decorated festively for Christmas! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Onsite laundry a definite plus. Parking lot connects to hotel directly. Our room overlooked the plaza outside decorated for Christmas too. Very nicely priced for such a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Several things could be improved upon: size of bath towels, update TVs to smart TVs. Thank you. "
