“This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. Even though I am not familiar with the change of the booking system and made a major mistake, both Sennca Hotel and hotels.com tried their very best to sort out the problem. They are……

“It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient. However, the toilet was situated right between the bedroom and another corner with a bed. Therefore, we had to cross the beds everytime when we went to toliet which is very inconvenient.”

“Very neat and clean. There was a only low key a bit chilly room temperature. ”

“Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed. I guess the staff should ensure apartment is in good condition before renting it out to ensure a……

“Excellent location. Property was well taken care and clean. Property manager was flexible with our arrival and departure time. In the center of downtown attractions. Walking distance to everything. I would suggest to have a cozy blanket on the living room. I didn’t ask for one, my fault for not asking, and probably it would be provided!
