“I stay at Lithia springs for the beauty of the grounds, in addition to the quiet, the fabulous healing waters and tasteful decor. I have stayed a dozen times over the years. Unfortunately, this time around I was shocked to see the landscape butchered. Shrubs, trees and vines have been massacred by workers who have learned practices that are bad for the health and natural style of the plants.”

"I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms available. Why couldn't I book another room? If there were no rooms available, please don't post them online. Later, they arranged a different room for me, but the price was different. The difference was more than 30 yuan. I asked him to make up for the difference, but he said no. Sure, I'm very disappointed with this hotel ，I hope to receive fair treatment. Thank you"
