“The check in experience was so bad that they did not find my reservation. And they have to keep calling their manager who is not on site to find out more information. Finally they want me to re-book with them again and pay on site. I told them that I have a booking with Hotels.com, they keep saying they cannot find the reservation. I spent at least 30 minutes at the front desk and still couldn't resolve the problem. It made me think they want to charge me twice.”

“Great price for a very decent and comfortable motel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location felt very safe. I was surprised at the size of the room - 2 double beds with good sized mini fridge and microwave with a small seating area. Another plus is that there are many amenities nearby. You can walk to Safeway and other dining options. Only caveat is that the TV was local channels only and I couldn’t stream anything. No big deal, I will definitely stay here again.”
