"The place was perfect for our needs. Great location to experience all of Ashland and the surrounding areas. Walkable to so many places and sights. We did not need full kitchen so had what we needed for coffee and toasting bagels. Would have liked ice. Very comfortable queen bed and a fantastic bathtub. "

"Heater roared all night. Beds were adequate. Weirdly there was a mini fridge but no microwave. "kid" who checked us in def was not into his job, didn't really explain much of anything. The woman who was on duty in the morning was much more personable. Price ok for a three star motel."

"Management company owner same as property owner charged an additional 100 for a one hour late check out because of time change to daylight saving time. Otherwise the property was very good. Didn't use the pool since it wasn't heated, spa was only heated to 99 degrees. Heating system in the home was hot at times even when the temp was turned down. Otherwise I would rate this home as very good."

"We were here last week and enjoyed our stay so much that we rebooked this stay without checking for another hotel. We requested an inside room as the room last week had noise from freeway traffic. This room was squeaky clean as was the room last week. The restaurant is open 7am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. Chocolate Convention is being held this weekend. Would stick with this facility when we pass through."
