“Not happy with parking space. Room is small & wall so thin can hear people talking and snoring. Unfortunately neighbours non stop smoking so I could not sit on balcony.”

“I stayed here a few times in the last couple of years and each time it has improved. The staff is very helpful and make suggestions on the local area. The rooms are above the average room size and has everything required for an overnight or longer stay. The room was very well presented and they appear to be proud of what they are offering. Good attention to detail. The bathroom was great and well set out with wall hooks, heat lamps, etc and body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of hot……

“Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type.”

“Great location in Toowoomba, easily accessible and close by to all the town has to offer. Older property but very well maintained, clean and great communication by owners. Enjoyed the quirky themed rooms.”

“We stayed in the family room. 2 adults + 2 children. 2 bedrooms. No kitchenette in room. Layout of sleeping fine, however absolutely no space to sit, unless on a bed. A bit impractical for a family. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.”

“The staff are amazingly helpful. They're very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Possibly the best service I've experienced. Parking is tight, which is the only thing that I found that marked them down to 4 stars. (Not much they can do about it though).”

“This was a shocking stay. The worst part of it should have been the road noise - I was booking a property on a highway so came prepared - but the “apartment” had no kitchen, in fact what was the kitchen was just curtained off. This room was clearly under renovation with DIY paint jobs and half finished construction in the room. Even a heads up that this was what we would find would have been helpful but absolutely nothing from the staff. It’s clear this room is being rented as an after thought.……

“Nice little hideaway from the hustle & bustle of life & amongst nature.”

“It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again”
