"Pool was nice, as was the buffet breakfast. Our room had a main light that wouldn't turn off with the switch and we waited an hour for someone from maintenance to show up after the kids were supposed to be sleeping. I ended up having to detach the light myself. Also, we had a few suspicious insect bites in groups of threes that reminded me of bed bugs."

Staff are helpful and always welcoming by greeting guests with a smile.
