“Very clean rooms for sure! Great staff very friendly helped with everything I asked questions about. It was pet friendly with a fee I didn’t personally have a pet but the parking can be tricky if you have a trailer as I did but across the street there was parking spaces so it worked out but over all a great place to stop through!!”

“The host was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We arrived at 9:30pm and were in communication about our arrival time, but when we arrived the host said she had to go to work early in the morning and made us feel bad for arriving at that time of night.
They charged a $25 pet fee for our dog, which normally would be completely fine and understandable, and it was listed in the booking. However, the host’s dog (a very large German Shepherd) jumped on me, urinated on my car, and was off leash in the front……

“Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back.”

“Mountain Magic! This cabin sits at 10,000 feet in Fairplay, and Kayla’s care is as rarefied as the mountain air. She is a superhost in every sense, truly top one percent. We arrived for the season's first snow, a gift for two well-cooked Texans. The air is crisp, and the stillness is profound—a deep quiet where you can hear snow settle. Wide windows frame golden aspens glowing against fresh snow and the Mosquito Range, including five 14ers. Sunrise and sunset paint the backdrop in stunning color.……
