「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

「酒店把我的房間upgrade 了。環境不錯，有面對泳池的露台及湖景。餐廳食物都不錯。開車到市中心都只是15分鐘車程」

「第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。」

「Olimme oikein tyytyväisiä majoituspaikkaan, kohde oli erittäin siisti ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Uima-allasosasto saunoineen oli erityisen mieluinen. Kohteen läheisyys Vallorcinen juna-aseman vieressä oli kätevä ja majoittajan tarjoama kortti (carte d’hote) oli erittäin hyvä tarjoten mm. ilmaisen junamatkan Mont Blancin alueella. Lähellä oli myös lukuisia hyviä retkeilyreittejä. Voisimme tulla uudestaan!」
