「We booked a king bed with a jetted tub online. The room we received had a queen bed and bunk beds. I guess they took out the jetted tubs in January and didn't update their booking sites. The gentleman at the desk was very defensive and talked about getting a manager--but I just asked for a new room (I did NOT get upset). Things happen. I just didn't want bunk beds for a quiet weekend with my husband. We were never told about the breakfast buffet at the adjoining restaurant. The people at the...

「My family and I stayed the weekend with our dog. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown. The room was clean and stocked with everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful breakfast had a really good selection and Happy Hour was an awesome perk as well as the free coffee bar. The parking was our only complaint as there wasn't much of it. We will be staying again as we travel to Durango often」

「Amazing view of the river and location in town. The only downside was the really firm bed.」

「Stayed for several days. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of places to walk around the hotel. It is on a busy street and there is no "view." There is a pickleball ct and basketball hoop and a nice outside courtyard. The only down side to the facility was the small elevator and narrow halls. Otherwise a great stay. 」

「We were greeted by a wonderful and very efficient hostess. She gave us a room upgrade to a great room with a kitchenette and lots of space. This is an older hotel, but we highly recommend it. 」
