「The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay.」

We reached out and Muhammed called us back within 30 min but it did cause a wee bit of stress. Apparently it was an automated email from VRBO.
