「Super-clean and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled-a great convenience. The house is situated in a quiet and tranquil spot, perfect for unwinding and enjoying one’s companions. Not avlocation for people who need entertainment, but want tranquility and nature. Would be great if there could be access to the washer and dryer, especially when folks are in and out of the sweet lake. The owners are extremely king and helpful.」

「What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.」

「We stayed here while visiting our family. The property was clean, quiet and exactly as described. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The huge washing machine/dryer was great after our cross country drive. There are just a few things to be aware of: the bathroom is on the second floor. The bed we slept on was not too too comfortable (a little firm for our tastes). The single bed was very firm. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「We were able to stay @ this location for several days just before the holidays. The space was perfect for the running around we needed to do and was a solid base of operation. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are well-appointed. We did not spend any time in the living room or outside areas. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and I could spend hours there. :) The home is on a busy road at commute times so take the owner's advice and K turn in the driveway to make exiting the home...
