「The photos online did not do the place justice - the place itself is FANTASTIC, very modern decor and spacious rooms. It is offsite but actually just at the end of the street, perfect location and you can easily stargaze at night just on your own driveway. A perfect place to stay especially when you plan to explore the Fiordland National Park or just Te Anau itself! 」

Our host was fantastic, and she provided what was easily the best B&B breakfast I’ve ever had. Our room was clean and felt cozy. I would gladly stay here again. Just an FYI this is a converted convent so there are some catholic symbols and pieces in some places to respect the history, but it’s not overly done in my opinion. 」

「It was our family holiday to travel around New Zealand from overseas. We booked two bedrooms in Marakura Deluxe Motel, Te Anau for 1 night so as to take Milford Sound cruise next day. It was a nice spacious ground floor 2 bed room with beautiful lake view, the kitchen is fully equipped, the parking space is just next to the building. However, after we Checked-out, we received an email telling us the bucket inside the rubbish bin was missing, asked us where the bucket was. Otherwise, the hotel...
