「The staff was helpful and kind. Checking in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was also convenient and there was plenty of parking, which made parking a single car hauler easy. I'll definitely consider staying here again if the price is right. 」

「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」

「The Queen beds were comfortable, the pillows were AMAZING! The hostess checking us in was so helpful, polite, and shared everything the hotel has to offer. My kids loved the pool! The breakfast was wonderful. We appreciated that it started at 6:00am and the staff member working the breakfast room was so kind and personable. The kids enjoyed the game room! We will definitely be staying again and recommending to others. This is the hotel to stay at if you are in Des Moines.!!」

「I’ll start by saying the staff here were all amazing. We stayed in a king suite. When we went to pull the sleeper sofa out it was stained with pee and the mattress was worn out. We ended up having to rent a second room which they offered to us at a discount which was nice. The hotel is just in need of a refurb and for $350/night I could have stayed at the Hilton. Location was good. 」

「The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!」
