“Room was drab cold and had a damp like feel to it. Was supposed to get a king and was given a double. So comfort was an issue, the bathroom door would not close. I've stayed here in the past and never had a complaint. The staff was great and I normally don't complain but not a very pleasant stay☹️”

“Room was clean. Beds are full size and not very comfortable .Breakfast not much at all. For a quick over night stay it was acceptable. Upset because I was told during check in that even though I was a red roof rewards member because I booked through a third party website I would not be eligible for any of the benefits including pets stay free. After calling red roof customer service I found out he was incorrect and the resolved the issue. So watch for hidden fees during check in and question……

“I was very impressed because the last time I stayed it was disgusting as well as when I worked there but the room last night was immaculate I would say that I would live there thank you for the stay I will assure you I will pass the word alone, ”
