「The staff was very welcoming and helped with all our questions. King rooms were very clean and larger than we expected. Now when we called to check on our resvations.. the call was answered by a call center that did not speak or understand English well. They said we had no reservations but could rebook at a discount that was a higher rate than what our reservation is. The would not connect use to the front desk. Stating she was the front desk. 「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」
