「Needs to be remodeled badly, smells like coverup scents in room. Nice views and easy in and out.」

「Laundry was convenient because you can do your own laundry in your villa, very family friendly, staff at reservations and check in was great, the property definitely needs help in the house keeping departments but in these days good house keeping is really hard to find especially house keepers that take pride in what they do by paying attention to detail,so house keeping was ok.」

「Pet friendly however my only issue was no grassy area anywhere for them to potty unless you walk them up the hill to the community center. House was clean and comfortable. And the host is amazing. Great location for a visit to Helen. 」

「Stay was excellent and loved the property grounds set up. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground with a very short walking distance from the condo. Beautiful sunrise from master bedroom and loved the covered patio off of one of the docks closest to our room. Host was quick to answer any questions. 」

「The stay could be 5 stars but there are some deficiencies. The thermostats are in need of calibration. It was a cold weekend that required we run the heat. One thermostat set at 63 made it very warm in the master suites. The living room set at 77 was still very cold. The bonus room does not heat at all. The property is listed as 6 bedrooms. It is a 5 bedroom house. There is an extra bed in what is essentially a closet within the 5th bedroom. It is not a 6th bedroom as it doesn’t even have a door...

「The property was absolutely perfect for our family - ranging from 1 year old to 70. We really appreciated all of the baby friendly features! Elevator was awesome as well. Plenty of room for three families to come together in common space but also to be able to have private and separate spaces. SO close to beach! Would 100% recommend!! 」
