"We never made it to breakfast due to sleeping in so that's on us. It did smell good after the fact.... Staff were amazing. Pool is closed but we had other plans anyways. Beds were comfy for hotel beds. Chair in our room was a bit stained. One part of the floor was sticky. Good wifi. Free for a week. Room was clean upon arrival."

"Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location is convenient and everything went smoothly. The only downside was that the pool was closed, but otherwise I had a great experience and would stay here again."

"Staff was very friendly and courteous. Service was excellent. The $26 breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster to say the least. I suggest adding items to the buffet or lower the price. There is no pool bar / restaurant so they don't say anything about you bringing your own snacks but it would be better to be able to order hot food and cold beverages at the pool bc the restaurant closes during the day. We were locked out of our room twice during our visit and had to have our keys redone at the front desk. That part is unacceptable."

"Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Maintenance was called for a toilet issue but came quickly and fixed the problem. Shuttle to Ameris Ampitheater was great. Drivers Dennis and Franklin were AWESOME. Breakfast was OK, ran out of food, coffee and utensils. Front counter clerk had to help make food and find utensils. Not enough seating for breakfast crowd. We will stay here again."
